STUDENT INTERNSHIP Program

Here at the farm we offer students from the University of California, Davis an
opportunity to obtain hands-on experience working with goats. Here they assist with herd management, farm maintenance, and farm events & workshops. They actively participate in breeding, the care of bred does, kidding, and kid raising. Many of our students advance to schools of veterinary medicine, careers in the animal sciences, and even agricultural education. Our goal is to compliment their academic education with experiences that will develop their goat and herd keeping skills and knowledge.

The internship program follows the UC Davis quarter system, and thus runs for 10 weeks at a time during the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer terms.
For more information about the program, contact our farm email: creesbrothersfarm@gmail.com
